Let's be honest, it's summer and you would rather kick your feet back with a beer in hand. Get your workout done in the early morning when the air is still cool. When it's blazing hot, crack that beer open with the satisfaction of having that workout done.
We'll start with a warmup and finish with a cool down. You will be on your way in 45 minutes and ready for the day!

April Group Run and Clinic Earth Day is a great reminder of the wonderful places our feet have taken us. We love Lander and we know you do too. Let's work together to help keep this place we love clean! We will start at City Park and make our way to Main Street. Prize for the person with the most trash!
Meeting Place: Lander City Park- Parking Lot on Fremont St. Date/Time: Saturday, April 22nd at 9:00 am Running Route: Start at City Park. Run until 9:45 and meet at Bhava Shala (1st and Main). Running Plan: We will group up and plan different routes to try to hit as many roads as we can. Your route can be as short as 1 mile or as far as you can run in 45 minutes. Bring your kids and strollers too! Post Run Clinic: 10:00 am-Loosen up those tight hips with Jagoe Warren for some stretching and mobility for runners.
