Week 2!

I'm happy to say we had a successful first week of runs! We had 5 people Wednesday come out and do the hill workout, and 6 brave souls made it out for a beautiful and snowy trail run at The Bus on Saturday. But enough rambling- on to this week's workouts!

Workout Wednesday
This week we will meet at the Lander High School at 6:30 pm for a track workout. Like last week, the efforts will be timed, and we will regroup for each interval. I plan to do a "mixed bag" workout this week, with three different intensity and time durations. This is one of my favorite workouts because it helps you learn your different efforts and their associated pacing, and it stays interesting because you aren't repeating the same thing over and over again.

Sloppy Saturday
This Saturday we will run at Johnny Behind the Rocks. Let's meet at the trail head at 8 am again, but please try to carpool if you can- feel free to use the Facebook page to coordinate that, or call your friends and get them to come out too!
