Summer Race Planning: Hit us up!

Hi folks,

We hope you enjoyed your weekend! We had an epic weekend ourselves skiing with good friends and a view of the Tetons. If we're being honest, we didn't really want to come home. But alas, all good things must come to an end. Gosh, I really hate it when people say that.

But it's not like we have much to complain about because it's getting to be that exciting time of year again where we start thinking about goal races (at least if you want the full range of options before things fill-up). Let us know if you're looking for ideas and don't forget that Evan can set you up with a customized training plan for a relatively small fee if you're interested. 

This is another week where we'll need to cancel the Saturday trail run unless someone else wants to lead it--we'll be out of town again. Thanks again to Gabe Joyes for picking up our slack last weekend (and to the whole Joyes family for watching our dog)!

Wednesday Workout
Meet us at 5:30pm at the LVHS Track. If we're being honest, actual track workouts are probably going to continue to be a rarity as long as there's snow on the ground - but that's okay, because it forces us to the hills! Remember: They're good for ya!

We'll try to mix it up for you as much as we can, though and this week, let's go for 8 x 45 seconds on Welch Drive.

Saturday Trail Run
Cancelled unless someone wants to offer to lead it! Might we suggest a jaunt around the Fairfield Hill loop or perhaps a trip up the loop road?
