Wonderful dirty weekends

Greetings!

Amber and I escaped to Moab this past weekend, and boy was it nice to see some green cottonwoods and run on slickrock and sandy singletrack! Of course, Moab has nothing on The Bus and Johnny Behind the Rocks, but you know, different scenery and such. We hope that you had some wonderful running adventures over the weekend, hopefully a little better than the Joyes' family getaway, and we can't wait to catch up tomorrow!

Workout Wednesday

Let's mix it up and run some hills- I know you've missed them! Meet at the high school at 5:45, or meet us over at the bottom of Garnet Drive at about 6:00 or a little after.

12 x 30 sec hill run, 90 sec recovery

Saturday Trail Run- Cancelled in favor of a local race!

This weekend is the April 25th is the Boston Remembrance and Clarlene M. Peil Memorial 5k here in Lander. We hope you'll participate and support a great cause, but if you don't, have a great weekend and get out and run anyway!
