Challenge for Charities!


Hope the extra daylight hours are working wonders for your running and your psych! 

With the 4th of July coming up this weekend, I know you know that means the Challenge for Charities 1/2 marathon and 5k is coming atcha! 

Now that we've cleared the air, why don't we get everyone a last tuneup workout the shake out the devils and get the legs turning over?

Workout Wednesday- 6:30 pm @ LVHS Track

10-15 minute warmup on your own before 6:30, and then:

1 x 5 min T pace, 2 min rest
1 x 2 min I pace, 2 min rest
1 x 5 min T pace, 2 min rest
1 x 2 min I pace

And there is obviously no Saturday Trail Run because of the Challenge for Charities races!
