Another short one this week because I meant to be in bed 22 minutes ago. Sleep is important!
Meet at the LVHS track at 6:30 and make sure to get a 10 to 20 minute warmup run in first.
We'll do 4 x (3 min I pace + 2 min rest + 1 min R pace + 2 min rest). This will be a great tuneup for these summer 5k's. And also too much fun.
Looks like the Fremont County Parade Day 5k/Cycle/Swim is this Saturday- sounds like fun!
Amber and I will be out of town because she is running the Speedgoat 50k, which promises to be a different type of fun (suffering). Hope you're all getting out and having fun! The trails are great right now, and the most recent cold front seems to have put a dent in the mosquito populations for a little while at least. Get it while the gettin's good!
