Sneaky Tuesdays

Well would you look at that, it's Tuesday already!

Let's get down to business.

Tuesday Workout:
Meet at the track at 5:30 for another round of sweaty fun.

1 x 5 min T pace
5 x 1 min R pace
1 x 3 min T pace


This Saturday is the Pinedale Half Marathon. I know there is a good contingent headed over for the race, so best of luck! 

And next weekend is the Reader's Run 5k right here in Lander!
