Happy snowy Monday night!
We’re cancelling the workout this week since the winter storm warning is technically until 12am on Wednesday (okay, that's an excuse - but really Amber told herself earlier this year that she was going to make Christmas presents for the people in her life like three months out and she still hasn’t started. So now it's time to panic).
But take this opportunity to hit up the golf course with the skis, or head to Warm Yoga (yeah, you know that sounds good) at Ananda from 6-7:15pm!
Yoga for Athletes – LRC style
We had a positive response to the yoga survey. It sounds like most of you would be pretty stoked to have an alternative to freezing your tails off in the dark. There will be more details to come before the New Year because we still have to finalize things with the yoga studio, but here's what we've got:
Monday nights, 7:30 - 8:30, Amber will teach a Yoga for Athletes class at Ananda Yoga on Main St. in downtown Lander. This will be priced at cost for the studio (thank you Sylvia Carl!) for a $4 drop-in rate or a 10 pack for $30 (just to be clear, that's $3 a class and exercise classes don’t get any cheaper then that!). This will REPLACE the outdoor workout for about 8 weeks, we’ll gauge from there whether it’s necessary to continue on that schedule or whether people are stoked on heading back to an outdoor track or hill workout.
Again, more details to come (start date, etc.) as we work to finalize things with Ananda.
