Wednesday Workouts, Yoga for Athletes, and the Rough and Tumble Races!

Yoga for Athletes will continue at least through May23rd
Happy Monday, LRCers!

With spring finally in full swing, many of you have probably been wondering when track workouts were going to kick back into gear.

While yoga for athletes is still going Monday nights from 7:30-8:30, we're going to start track workouts up again as well. So here's what we've got for you this week:
  • Yoga for Athletes Monday night at Ananda Yoga from 7:30 to 8:30. $4 to drop in or $3 if you buy a 10 punch pass. Once again, that fee goes to the studio for the space and utilities - LRC still works for free. Mats are available at the studio. Doors lock at 7:30, please be on time. 
  • Wednesday Workouts are back! 5:30 pm, LVHS track. 
In other news, mark those calendars because local races are coming up quick! 
  • Run the Red is June 4th. Register here.
  • Rough and Tumble Trail Races, LRC's own races are back and scheduled for June 25th. We're adding a 50k distance this year! Check out the Ultrasignup page and register for the race here
