Farmer's Market Group Run

8:30 am at City Park

Saturday, 7/1/17
Saturday, 7/8/17
Saturday 7/29/17

Get your run in before you binge eat kale.

Plan on meeting at the Lander City Park parking lot on Fremont Street and be ready to run at 8:30 for a handful of miles. No pressure, no speed, just a good time running with good folks.
Beat the Heat Track Workouts

6:30-7:15 AM at the LVHS track

Thursday, 7/6/17
Tuesday, 7/11/17
Thursday, 7/27/17

Let's be honest, it's summer and you would rather kick your feet back with a beer in hand. Get your workout done in the early morning when the air is still cool. When it's blazing hot, crack that beer open with the satisfaction of having that workout done.

We'll start with a warmup and finish with a cool down. You will be on your way in 45 minutes and ready for the day!

presented by Trevor Ragan of Train Ugly
