Let's be honest, it's summer and you would rather kick your feet back with a beer in hand. Get your workout done in the early morning when the air is still cool. When it's blazing hot, crack that beer open with the satisfaction of having that workout done.
We'll start with a warmup and finish with a cool down. You will be on your way in 45 minutes and ready for the day!
